You can book directly on our website morvello.com, by phone, or via WhatsApp. The process is simple, fast, and secure. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a booking voucher by email.
Yes. We accept different payment methods including cash, debit card, and online payment. A credit card is not mandatory.
Yes, the minimum age is 18 years old. Unlike many agencies, we welcome young drivers and do not impose hidden age restrictions.
If you hold a valid license in Roman characters (Latin alphabet), you do not need an international license.
Yes. You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 72 hours before pick-up. If cancelled on time, you will receive a full refund.
Insurance & Protection
All our cars come with basic protection including:
Liability Insurance
Theft Protection (TP)
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
The deposit depends on the car type and insurance chosen. In most cases, it’s between €300 – €800. It is fully refundable once the car is returned in good condition.
Stay calm, contact us immediately, and we will assist you step by step. If you chose full coverage insurance, you will have zero financial responsibility (except in cases of serious negligence, like driving under the influence).
Yes, we offer a Total Protection Package that covers all damages, theft, and glass or tire incidents. Many clients choose this for complete peace of mind.

Pick-up, Drop-off & Airport Service
You can pick up and return your car at Casablanca Airport (CMN), our Casablanca office, or any major Moroccan city by request.
Yes. We specialize in airport service. Our team tracks your flight in real time, so even if you are delayed, we’ll be waiting for you.
No problem. We monitor flight arrivals and will adjust your car delivery time at no extra cost.
Yes. We offer one-way rentals between Moroccan cities. A small fee may apply depending on the distance.
Yes. We allow a 2-hour grace period for returns, so you never feel rushed.
Payments & Policies

In most cases, yes. However, with certain full protection packages, the deposit may be reduced or even waived.
Never. The price you see when booking is the price you pay. All taxes and basic insurance are included.
We use a fair fuel policy: you receive the car with a certain fuel level and return it with the same level.
