This Disclaimer & Warranties Statement explains the limits of responsibility, warranty coverage, and conditions related to the use of Morvello Cars’ services and vehicles. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. General Disclaimer

  • All information on our website (including pricing, availability, and vehicle descriptions) is provided for general guidance. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Morvello Cars does not guarantee that all details will be free from errors or omissions.
  • Vehicle images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual model provided may differ but will always be of the same category or higher.
  • Availability of specific vehicles or extras (GPS, child seats, Wi-Fi, etc.) is subject to stock and prior reservations.

2. Vehicle Condition & Use

  • All vehicles are provided in safe, roadworthy condition and maintained according to manufacturer and legal standards.
  • Regular inspections are conducted before each rental. However, Morvello Cars does not guarantee the vehicle will be free from unexpected mechanical issues that may occur during the rental.
  • Renters are responsible for immediately reporting any problems encountered during the rental period.

3. Warranties & Limitations

  • Morvello Cars provides no express or implied warranties beyond those required by Moroccan law.
  • We do not warrant that:
    • The vehicle will meet all personal expectations of the renter.
    • The website or booking system will operate without interruptions or errors.
    • Third-party services (insurance, payment gateways, navigation systems) will be error-free.
  • Our liability is limited to the terms of the rental agreement and the selected insurance coverage.

4. Pricing & Availability

  • Rental prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
  • Quoted prices are valid only at the time of booking and confirmation.
  • Morvello Cars reserves the right to adjust pricing due to fuel costs, taxes, seasonal demand, or supplier changes.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • Insurance packages are offered to reduce renter liability, but no insurance covers all situations (e.g., reckless driving, intoxication, gross negligence).
  • The renter is liable for costs outside the scope of the chosen insurance plan.
  • Morvello Cars shall not be responsible for:
    • Indirect or consequential damages (lost time, lost flights, personal losses).
    • Traffic fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental.

6. Force Majeure

Morvello Cars shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, internet outages, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law

This Disclaimer & Warranties Statement is governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
