Refund and Returns Policy

At Morvello Cars, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent rental experience. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are granted and reservations may be cancelled.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free Cancellation: Customers may cancel their booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellations: If a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before pickup, a cancellation fee of up to one day’s rental charge may apply.
  • No-Show Policy: If the customer fails to show up without prior notice, the booking amount is non-refundable.
  • Early Returns: Returning the vehicle before the agreed drop-off date will not result in a refund for unused rental days.

2. Deposits & Security Holds

  • A security deposit may be required depending on the rental conditions.
  • Deposits are fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle in the same condition as rented, minus any applicable fees for damage, fuel shortage, or traffic fines.
  • Refunds of deposits may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment method.

3. Payment Methods & Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the reservation (cash, card, or online payment).
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable once charged:

  • Insurance fees once the rental has started.
  • Optional extras (GPS, child seats, Wi-Fi) if already used.
  • Administrative fees related to traffic fines or legal claims.

5. Modifications

  • Changes to reservations (dates, car category, pickup location) are subject to availability.
  • If a modification increases the rental price, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If the change reduces the rental price, our refund policy applies.
