Welcome to Morvello Cars. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Information

  • Morvello Cars provides car rental, chauffeur service, airport transfers, and tours.
  • The rental agreement is a legal contract between Morvello Cars and the customer (the “Renter”).
  • These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or at our office.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A valid reservation requires accurate personal and payment details.
  • Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or online.
  • A security deposit may be required, depending on the rental conditions.
  • All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility to Rent

  • Minimum driver’s age: 18 years.
  • A valid driver’s license (national or international) must be presented.
  • Additional drivers must be declared at booking and provide valid documents.

4. Vehicle Use

The Renter agrees to:

  • Use the vehicle responsibly and in compliance with Moroccan traffic laws.
  • Not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances.
  • Not use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
  • Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Insurance & Liability

  • Insurance options (Essential, Relax, Shield, or TotalCare) are available depending on customer choice.
  • The Renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss not covered by the selected insurance.
  • Traffic fines, tolls, and parking violations are the responsibility of the Renter.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows may result in a fee (see our Refund Policy).
  • Early returns do not qualify for a refund of unused rental days.

7. Vehicle Condition & Return

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as rented, excluding normal wear.
  • Extra charges may apply for fuel shortage, cleaning, or late returns.
  • The Renter must notify Morvello Cars immediately in case of accident, theft, or breakdown.

8. Modifications

  • Reservation changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
  • If changes increase the rental price, the difference must be paid by the Renter.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information is collected only for booking, insurance, and legal compliance purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Morvello Cars is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties.
  • Our liability is limited to the terms of the rental agreement and applicable insurance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
